Grantt:

I have reviewed your contest totals and have noted that this basis of your question is not correct. You have basically asked why your total has gone from -0.85 units on Tuesday 07 January 2003 (which was your score in the Second Half portion of the contest) to -2.85 units on Wednesday 08 January 2003 (which is probably a reference to your score of -2.84 units in the Full Season Contest).

When you check the posted results of 2-0-0 +2.45 units, you will find that your Second Half Contest score has increased form -0.85 units to +1.60 units and that your Full Season Contest score has increased from -5.29 units to -2.84 units.

However, your selection of Vancouver -1/2 +125 was a past post play and will be disallowed. This adjustment will be reflected in the standings that are posted after today's plays.

Dog_Grinder:

The time stamp that is on your post is 7:03 PM EST for a 7:00 PM EST game. Although games may actually start at 5 or 35 minutes past the hour, the cutoff times are 0 and 30 minutes past the hour because it is possible to edit a post for 7 or 8 minutes after the original post without a reference to the edit being reflected in the post. (This is what you would find in the 'Clarification of Certain Rules' link at the bottom of each daily contest thread.) Although the lines had an incorrect start time because it was changed from when the lines were first posted, it does not change the fact that your post was made after the deemed start time of the game for contest purposes.

I suggest that you give some consideration to the following contest rule- "Posts with selections where games have already started will be deleted." I think that ignoring only the past post plays, as opposed to the whole post, is more than a fair approach.

I have re-checked the input and have noted that I have assigned your selections to gamblor. The adjustments to both of your results will be reflected in the standings that are posted after today's plays.

I think that one post is sufficient to make your point. The multiple posts and increasing degree of sarcasm in those posts are neither necessary nor appreciated.
